Five stars is inadequate to describe the level of competence these guys have. Bryan Manning is hard to describe if you haven't met him. He's not a typical contractor at all. He is the most cerebral guy you will ever meet that works with his hands. He understands the insurance industry as well as he understands construction. Bryan and the Manning GC team are fantastic! They handled the negotiations with our insurance companies and got our roof, siding, garage doors, and interior repairs done. They are always available if we have questions and follow-up issues. Highly recommend the whole crew!
Called this morning because a shingle had come loose. Brian came out and fixed it. This roof is about 5 years old and outside any labor warranty but he fixed it anyway.
