This one was definitely a challenge! It's worth noting that your Adjuster denied the claim, then denied our Scope of Repair. As we explained to you, if the carrier owes for the damage they will pay for it. So, we documented the damage again and you demanded a second adjustment. You carrier reviewed our Scope of Repair and decided to send out an Engineer to "kill the claim". We met the Engineer and proved to him that the roof was non-repairable. We also documented his findings and reported them before he did. Our finding proved that his "Report" was inconsistent with what he found at the property! After a lot of back and forth with your adjuster, your carrier finally afforded you full coverage for hail damage. Everyone won! We installed your new roof to allow for you to sell your property on time, and your carrier got to fulfill their obligations. Thanks for choosing MGC!
