Manning has done 2 roofs for me, now. One after a hail storm in 2020 wiped out my 20 year old roof and a second in 2024 after hail did it again. Bryan and his team did all the work, I never had to do anything. This last one they did his team suggested Class 4 impact resistant shingles and they actually got insurance to pay the difference! I would highly recommend Manny roofing. Their customer service is amazing, they work with you very well and dont make you feel like you are wasting their time with your concerns. They went above and beyond making sure the job was done right. He worked with me after my insurance company (USAA ) refused to pay for repairs. You will not go wrong with them. They did a great job I with Jimmy Gaffney and AAron Alviar on this work. They both kept me informed throughout the process and followed up with me when the job was done.
