Hi Sandra, So sorry to hear that you are having issues with critters! We completed the installation of your new roof, gutters, and leaf protection system at your property in 2020. It looks like a small fascia repair was also completed. To date, we have not received any communication from you regarding the “critters”. If they have eaten their way through the soffit you should call our office at your earliest convenience and we can quickly have one of our Project Managers visit with you and provide a repair estimate. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our roof, gutters, and leaf protection installation. It just seems a little unfair that those critters cost us 2 Stars. Critters are not our world but there might be something we can do to help. We look forward to assisting you. MGC
