They did a great job on the roof but they were supposed to repair and put in our gutters, which they did, but we had damage in animals coming in where the roof in the soffit and stuff was and they repaired that incorrectly or something because it did not help anything. In fact , it's worse now than it ever was. There's more animals in our walls in our attic than We can deal with, and that was part of the deal.I asked them specifically, can you repair this? We're animals can't get in our attic, no... Hi Sandra, So sorry to hear that you are having issues with critters! We completed the installation of your new roof, gutters, and leaf protection system at your property in 2020. It looks like a small fascia repair was also completed. To date, we have not received any communication from you regarding the “critters”. If they have eaten their way through the soffit you should call our office at your earliest convenience and we can quickly have one of our Project Managers visit with you and provide a repair estimate. We are glad to hear that you are happy with our roof, gutters, and leaf protection installation. It just seems a little unfair that those critters cost us 2 Stars. Critters are not our world but there might be something we can do to help. We look forward to assisting you. MGC

Highly recommend Blake, Payton, and the Manning team. It was an unbelievable difficult fight with my insurance company and they helped and led the way throughout and went above and beyond with additional repairs including working with the insurance company to approve all additional work. A local team in LS that will work for you.
