This project involved both the main house roof replacement and guest house roof restoration on a property that dates back to the early 1800s. We take pride in using Owens Corning Duration shingles, which have been rated #1 by Consumer Reports. For the main house, we carefully managed the roof replacement across a range of slopes, ensuring the copper elements, such as gutters and chimney flashing, were preserved and respected. Our team cut in ridge vents for proper attic ventilation while also installing 18" W Valleys to complement the aesthetic integrity and durability of this beautiful home. The Starlink antenna was handled with meticulous care, being replaced on a Saturday to accommodate the homeowners' work-from-home needs. The full roof replacement on the main house involved removal and installation of 57 squares and the entire project was completed in 3 days start to fisnish.

In addition to the main house, we performed a comprehensive roof restoration on the guest house. This included a roof tune up followed by our roof soft wash technique. This client also signed up for our annual mini roof tune-up which will ensure that the roof continues to provide excellent protection against the elements.
