Ensuring a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing finish, we at MARASUN in Saint Michaels, MD, are proud to have completed a comprehensive roofing project. Our skilled team has expertly replaced the shingles on a house and guest house using Owens Corning Duration shingles in the striking Sedona Canyon color. These are Consumer Reports #1 rated shingle and are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Additionally, we have implemented an 18" W Valley Installation, utilizing 35 pieces for the house and 8 for the guest house, to manage water runoff effectively.

In Saint Michaels, our project also featured the use of F Wave Synthetic Shingles in the attractive Castlewood Brown shade for the cupola. We took care of removing old cedar layers and even performed full redecking ensuring a clean and secure finish. Ensuring the structural integrity of our client’s property, we replaced rotted plywood with five fresh sheets. To complete the aesthetic, MARASUN professionals efficiently managed the cupola removal and replacement. Our comprehensive solution also included the installation of Lifetime Boot Installations and detailed chimney flashing to enhance the roof’s resilience.
