Master Work Order:

TPO on Upper Roof where exists today - Vent blower will be removed

TPO on the back/right flat roof - Condensers will be removed

Asphalt shingle installation on 3SQ roof between the two flat roofs on the back side

Ondek on the front porch. Main posts stay in place and need to be trimmed down to do post wraps and covers- New Timbertech railings at 42". Use Existing Posts and install post wraps. Pull up wood decking and floor and install new 3/4" Pine Tongue and Groove decking. Drip and Clip drip edge

Ondek on back left porch. Pull up membrane and wood decking and replace with new 3/4" Pine T&G decking. Install framing blocking under decking for new railing posts. Install new Timbertech posts, sleeves and 42" high railings, terminating on the roof. Alchemy to remove door and raise it 2" to allow us to wrap the OnDek into the door frame. Will need coordination. We will also need to coordinate with them the siding over the porch as we will need to wrap the OnDek membrane up the walls, under the house wrap prior to the installation of siding.
