I had a siding and storm door installation project. The siding looks great but I never received the storm door yet was charged for it. Communication with this company is awful. Emails and phone calls are not returned. I have been sent to voicemails that aren't set up and just plain hung up on.

Mario’s took care of every detail from start to finish. The salespeople explained the process completely. The scheduling office went above and beyond to accommodate us on the install day. ⸻ ⭐️ Avoid Mario’s Roofing – Worst Experience Ever! We had a terrible experience with this company from start to (still no) finish. We waited six weeks for a window to arrive, and on the day of installation, they broke two windows and told us we’d have to wait another six weeks. They also pulled a permit with false information, claiming it was to replace an existing window and skylight — even though this was a new opening for a window and there was no skylight at all.
