This summer we had our 22 year old shake roof replaced by Marks Roofing with a Duroid roof. For the scope of the job we felt the price was very fair and the materials they used were good quality. There are at least 3 homes in the immediate neighbourhood who have all had our roofs replaced by Marks, and more to come. Initially I was a little skeptical but the result speaks volumes. This team of roofers with the supervision of Sukhi was efficient. I was also pleasantly impressed they developed a very smart folding the edges of the roof so water will not drop into my deck when it pours anymore. Additionally, they did a massive cleanup outside my entire compound, before packing up to leave.
