MMW completed demolition and preparation work to access the affected basement area for waterproofing installation. A new deep sealed sump system, interior GrateDrain waterproofing system, wall vapor barrier, and exterior sump discharge extension were installed to improve drainage and prevent future water intrusion along the foundation wall and floor joint.

MMW performed a low-pressure polyurethane crack injection repair to permanently stop active water intrusion through the foundation wall crack. The crack was cleaned, sealed, and injected with expanding polyurethane resin to fill internal voids and create a durable, watertight seal designed to accommodate minor foundation movement and help prevent future leaks.
