I used Maryland Mold and Waterproofing about 4 years ago to help with a water and mold issue we were having in our basement. They recommended installing a Wise Aire Dehumidifier. I recently discovered that the dehumidifier was not working properly. I contacted Maryland Mold and Waterproofing and they were at my house a few days later with a replacement dehumidifier and took the Wise Aire so it could be sent back to manufacturer.
