Nick did a fine job of explaining our project and his team was here on schedule and did quality work with no problems. They treated the mold, encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifier and a turtl access hatch. Excellent work.
Nick came out to provide an estimate and he was amazing and his crew was equally amazing! They were professional, prompt and left the property clean. I was selling my home and discovered a mold issue. They removed the mold and installed new insulation. I certainly don’t regret picking this company. We live on waterfront property, and experiencing poor property drainage on one side of the backyard. Nick, from Maryland Mold and Waterproofing, came out and explained the situation and varying options to remedy (French drain). His estimate was fair and reasonable. The crew showed up on the day scheduled, they were on time, and worked diligently, explaining along the way what they were doing. Backyard no longer waterlogged! Grass beginning to grow once again.
