MMW completed demolition and preparation work to access the affected basement area for waterproofing installation. A new deep sealed sump system, interior GrateDrain waterproofing system, wall vapor barrier, and exterior sump discharge extension were installed to improve drainage and prevent future water intrusion along the foundation wall and floor joint.

MMW performed a low-pressure polyurethane crack injection repair to permanently stop active water intrusion through the foundation wall crack. The crack was cleaned, sealed, and injected with expanding polyurethane resin to fill internal voids and create a durable, watertight seal designed to accommodate minor foundation movement and help prevent future leaks.

I used Maryland Mold and Waterproofing about 4 years ago to help with a water and mold issue we were having in our basement. They recommended installing a Wise Aire Dehumidifier. I recently discovered that the dehumidifier was not working properly. I contacted Maryland Mold and Waterproofing and they were at my house a few days later with a replacement dehumidifier and took the Wise Aire so it could be sent back to manufacturer. Two guys came out and got the job done nicely however I want to mention that one of the two started smoking on my driveway We had all the windows open to air out the odor and cigarette smell came inside.. when asked him to stop, he denied he was smoking... i made a call and after few calls i was able to address it otherwise work was done on time and no other issues

Bee, we do appreciate your attention to this, we do allow them to take smoke breaks and prefer him to walk off site to do so. He is instructed to not leave any cigarette butts either.
