I used Maryland Mold and Waterproofing about 4 years ago to help with a water and mold issue we were having in our basement. They recommended installing a Wise Aire Dehumidifier.

Excellent service and depth of knowledge! Colin was extremely professional and considerate. We hired this company after years of mold had grown in our basement. Two guys came out and got the job done nicely however I want to mention that one of the two started smoking on my driveway We had all the windows open to air out the odor and cigarette smell came inside.. when asked him to stop, he denied he was smoking... i made a call and after few calls i was able to address it
