Great work. The MD Mold and Waterproofing team conditioned an old crawlspace, tied downspouts into a new drain line, and connected that line to another line. The job was carefully planned and explained. They made recommendations that made the job simpler and avoided future issues. The install team was great, on time, cleaned up after themselves and the work done exactly to plan. No surprises on the bill, which I thought was very reasonable.

We had our basement crawl space sealed; the prices from Maryland Mold and Waterproofing were competitive, but with the addition of mold/spray and remediation, which we valued a great deal and was something larger companies did not offer. The staff was friendly, responsive, and detail oriented. They were courteous in our home and returned messages quickly.
