Project involved shingle and flat roofing on a 150 year old Victorian home. Other roofing contractors provided quotes based upon a given scope. Amanda not only addressed the scope, she performed a complete roof inspection and provided recommendations. Her knowledge of materials and workmanship was overly impressive.
