TJ came out a few days after I gave Maven a call for a few small repairs around the exterior of the house l. With the impeding snow storm, he told me not to worry that he would adjust the schedule to make sure it was completed before the snow so the project wouldn’t get delayed. It’s so refreshing to deal with a home services company that communicates clearly and quickly, shows up exactly on time (not a multi-hour window but an actual time and is there right when they say they will be) and does quality work. We had a fix needed to our roof and needed it to be a rush job and they were able to accommodate us, and TJ was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
