Edited - Apparently Murphy's Law attached itself to my project. I had windows installed by Mayday. The windows are fine and the installation went quickly. However there was some damage to the surrounding walls. As noted below I did finally speak with Nick at Mayday. The conversation was VERY positive and professional and my issues were addressed.
