Horrible customer service. The project manager I was assigned, Robert Johnson, did not show up to numerous meetings he scheduled without any notice or communication. Numerous texts, emails, and phone calls were made without any follow up. Anytime I asked a question or for more information his words were “ I’m only 21 so I’m not sure”. Sheila Kempf was great to work with. After a bad experience in the past, I was skeptical about dealing with our insurance company. Turns out, I didn’t have to deal with them at all! Sheila talked to them to make the claim and also met with the insurance adjuster. The hardest part for me was picking out the color of shingles that I wanted! Thank you, Sheila!

The job the team did was very good. My complaint is correspondence with the sales rep. She was all over the sale and once I signed on the dotted line communication was sketchy at best from that point on. My next communication is when my supplies are dropped off at my front yard and I knew nothing of the start date. Apparently an email was sent to me that I was not aware of.
