Horrible customer service. The project manager I was assigned, Robert Johnson, did not show up to numerous meetings he scheduled without any notice or communication. Numerous texts, emails, and phone calls were made without any follow up. Anytime I asked a question or for more information his words were “ I’m only 21 so I’m not sure”.
