This company is shady. They arrived at my house unannounced wanting to check for hail damage. I told them I was not interested. They persisted. Not wanting to be rude, I relented and I told them they could look, but I wasn't committing to anything.
They said they'd come back the next day and and look.
They came back the next day, and put a ladder onto my roof - right in front of the bathroom window where my wife was on the toilet, and began climbing on the ladder before ringing the doorbell.

I would look to use anyone besides this company. They broke a screen and haven’t been able to correctly fix it (8 months later), left two gigantic holes in my roof that allowed at least 10 squirrels to take up residence and cause havoc. Mayday paid for my exterminator but not anything else and said they cannot. The only time they respond or are available is when they want to get paid.
Overall Mayday did a great job with our exterior work (roofing, window trim, and gutters). They had great service and the quality of the build is top notch. The only constructive feedback I'd have is that the communication was a bit lackluster. I reached out multiple times over the course of a couple weeks and didn't get any responses.
