Our sales associate was initially kind to work with and responded promptly. However once the project got close to started the communication was horrible. We were told we would be contacted when material was to be delivered and the project started the following day. We received no notice and came home to our driveway blocked. Work done (so far) has been excellent. Communication has been terrible. We had no idea they were coming the day they did the roof. Work is not finished based on our insurance claim, and it’s like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I don’t trust that they are doing anything to sort out the remainder of the claim with our insurance company.
