She was clear & concise on helping us navigate thru our insurance company our Roof replacement was done in a timely manner, and the clean up was very thorough. The foreman on our project was Adon he is extremely accommodating, and the best at what he does. We have since recommended Mayday to two more of our neighbors.
This review has nothing to do with the work the company does but it has everything to do with professionalism and being respectful of someone's property. This company is one of two roofing companies in the last two week that completely ignored the 'No Trespassing No Soliciting' sign on our property to put a brochure on our door. We have never done business with a company that has to get business by "storm chasing" and has employees who do not respect someone's property.
A great experience from start to finish with our roofing project. Onawa, the operations contact, is over the top to work with. She is very pleasant, relentless on getting it done right and cares about the crew doing the job. She’s the reason I’ll use Mayday in the future.
Mayday was great. They had re-roofed our house this Summer and we were very impressed. They had great attention to detail. The communication process has been easy through phone calls, texts, or e-mail. The new metal roof they installed looks amazing. We would definitely use them again if needed.
