We had a roof replaced last fall on a rental property. Mayday did a wonderful job and the roof was completed when promised. The crew was respectful of the property, they laid down tarps to protect the flowers and rocks around the house. The sales rep even came out to double check to make sure ALL the nails were picked up after job was completed, which we were grateful for because the renters had small children. Trusting Mayday Restoration for the reroof of my commercial property was the biggest mistake that I ever made. The initial install was rescheduled 2 times for a reason that was never actually very clear. After that, the "3 day project" turned into a 16 day project. On top of that, we did have rain for one of those days and they failed to cover the open roof which resulted in some major flooding issues.
