Mayday manipulated me to sign with them and are terrible at communicating and following up on service. I do not recommend Mayday. There are a lot of other options out there for roof service. I signed with Mayday in Aug for new roof, gutters and screens from hail damage. The roof and gutters were complete. However, over the coarse of 2 months there were 4 times i was scheduled a service and nobody showed up. I have also have had to reach out to them everytime for an update, they are not good... I cannot say enough good things about Mayday Restoration. My claim was a long, drawn out affair but Mark stayed with me through it all, helping with the adjuster, taking tons of photos and always, always, letting me know what my options were. They were responsive and available to help when I, the adjustor or the insurance company had questions. I highly recommend the team at Mayday Restoration.
We had a storm hit with hail in the spring of 2022. Mark had been in the neighborhood doing work for others. He stopped by, checked out my property and detailed the hail damage to my roof. I thought Mark was very knowledgeable, and honest. I didn’t feel he was trying to pressure me, he was very up front with how the process worked and what steps needed to be taken.
