The people answering phone calls are professional and quite nice, however, the contractor assigned to my job was very unprofessional. I asked for a quote on my downspout that broke off. There was a spelling mistake with my email which was resolved and they apologized for. Up until this point it would have been a decent experience. Jason emailed and text the day before confirming appointment and called a half hour the following day before arrival. He was polite and professional. He inspected the main roof using a drone and provided the video explaining the roof's current condition. After several calls and a few no shows from other contractors, Mcellands came through with a fair price and realistic time schedule. They were respectful of our property and did an amazing job repairing the roof. We plan to have them do a roof replacement on another property and will make them our first call for other jobs as should you.
