We hired McGlinch to replace rotted sub fascia, fascia and soffits, as well as replace existing gutters. Ryan, Tracey, John, David and Ben were professional, helpful and patient. My experience with this company was disappointing. The verbal explanation I received during the bid led me to believe that both the first layer of roofing and the ice shield would be removed. However, the written contract did not clearly reflect that conversation, and the language barrier during the initial discussion contributed to the misunderstanding.
