The windows ordering, delivery and install seemed to go smoothly, but we immediately had to go through multiple rounds of rework for the finishing and trim. While they were courteous and came to try and fix the mistakes, I don’t have the time to keep working with them to get the job right. We have had these windows for about a year and all of the trim caulk is cracking. 2 stars because they at least try to fix their problems, but I don’t have the time to win this battle of attrition.

Worked with Kevin the sales manager. Awesome communication. Very detailed in the quote and follow up. Had a very minor issue but Kevin was very clear and professional in walking me through the issue. They brought a whole crew to my house up north and just knocked it out. Great guys. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company. The owner came out before and after to evaluate the job. Appreciated that.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with McGlinch & Sons. From our first interaction with Marvin (Sales), to our Project Manager Justin, and our outstanding Crew Foreman Mike; the communication was excellent. We made a couple of modifications on the fly during the work and the crew handled it very professionally. It made all the difference in the final product. We recently had a major remodeling project performed by Mc Glinch & Sons that included new siding and trim, gutters and a complete new front entry door. Despite several weather related interruptions the project was completed to schedule and with excellent results. The Mc Glinch staff from the Remodeling Consultant to the installation techs were skilled and open to questions and feedback as the job progressed.
