We have mixed experiences from the whole project. The Pella replacement windows we bought were beautiful and we liked it very much. We would like to say the same for the workmanship of McGlinch teams, but we were just said we are satisfied but not pleased with the professional replacement process. The windows ordering, delivery and install seemed to go smoothly, but we immediately had to go through multiple rounds of rework for the finishing and trim. While they were courteous and came to try and fix the mistakes, I don’t have the time to keep working with them to get the job right. We have had these windows for about a year and all of the trim caulk is cracking.
2 stars because they at least try to fix their problems, but I don’t have the time to win this battle of attrition.
Worked with Kevin the sales manager. Awesome communication. Very detailed in the quote and follow up. Had a very minor issue but Kevin was very clear and professional in walking me through the issue.
They brought a whole crew to my house up north and just knocked it out. Great guys. Very professional and friendly.
