Actual work was done well, however communication was terrible. Never met the Project Manager until he picked up final payment. Deliveries and Workers just showed up without prior notification. Fortunately retired as was home to help direct. As compared to the company that did our siding the prior year who were very professional, McGlinch did not measure up.
We understand your communication concerns and appreciate noting our work quality. We're working to improve project coordination and customer updates.
