Incredibly unprofessional. I got a quote from the company and they gave me an offer to do the job for a little over $14,000. I accept that offer. Within the same day this company calls back saying it would be an additional $9,000 in labor due to the fact that I'm located in Hamtramck and the dumpster parking would be tricky. Love my sun tunnels! I would have given you a 5, but the installation wasn't as efficient as I would have liked.
They came out quickly, provided an accurate estimate and scheduled work well within the original time window. Work quality was top notch. On installation day, the crew leader reviewed the plan with me before they started, and we made some final adjustments that resulted in solid and beautiful no-maintenance gutters that I am very pleased with.
