Beware. Had some a few loose hardy plank boards on my home but they were too high for my ladder to reach. Paid $300 for home review and quote to have the boards face nailed thinking that the whole job may cost me no more than ~$500 which was worth it to me to avoid the hassle trying to get a taller ladder to my home.
