This is a great company to do business with! Everyone that I spoke to, from the first person who answered my call to the sales person who gave me a quote and the crew who re-roofed my house was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The roofing crew did great work; they completed the roof in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend McGlinch and Sons based on my experience with them.

Pricing was fair. Time for installation very long, so hope you're not in a hurry. Disappointed the inside of the skylight was going to need to be refinished. Then they wanted to charge 300 to put molding on two skylights. That's outrageous. The roof was restored excellently and you can't tell the skylights were replaced.

We appreciate your feedback, Chuck. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the longer installation time and the need for refinishing the inside of the skylight. Regarding the additional charge for molding, we understand your concerns and will take them into consideration for future improvements. We're glad to hear that the roof restoration turned out excellent and that the skylights were seamlessly replaced. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at (248) 987-6300.

I absolutely can't say enough great things about this company, in an industry where honesty, professionalism and integrity are rare, the people at McGlinch are TOP NOTCH... Marvin, my sales guy, was a difference maker. I had 3 companies give me quotes for new windows, and from the moment I met him, I knew I was going with them (not to mention their pricing was great). The window came-in and were installed when Marvin said they would be, the product and installation was perfect. The follow-up aft... Read more
