Overall, dealing with this company is good. Sales, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem was the subcontractor who actually did the roof install, was sloppy. Hardly cleaned up after. Installers cut corners, nothing major, but just little things. Gutter installation was good.
We have used the McGlinch family for 10 tears to do the services noted plus we will be getting new windows and doors. Their crews do an outstanding job and always have the customer in mind. They are honest and abide by the quotes with no hidden charges .
The installation process was seemless and efficient. The installers were extremely professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing in all phases. I would not hesitate to use McGlinch and Sons in the future. Very happy with my new skylights.
The crew replacing our roof was prompt & efficent, they replaced our skylight & surronding wood beams added insulation where needed and cleaned up like they were never there. A+ job
