Today I had the skylight that was in my roof for over 33 years replaced. I first contacted a roofing company. They gave me a quote to replace the skylight, but they would not trim the interior of the window opening. I then contacted 2 skylight companies. The rep from the first one came out and gave me a quote that included replacing the skylight and doing the interior trim. The amount of the quote was lower than the roofing company.
