Ray came this afternoon to check my attic and roof for possible roof damage causing my bathroom fan to leak. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and found an issue with the roof vent that might be causing the problem. He most helpfully coordinated the (rescheduled due to weather) time to check on my garage and house roofs so it would be more convenient for me. He promptly inspected both roofs and then repaired a few panels on the west side of the garage roof where there was some significant wind damage.
