Dustin showed up promptly after we made the phone call, looked at our roof and told me what the issue was and told me right then when they could show up. The crew showed up the day he said, no excuse phone call. That is awesome to have someone do as they said they would. The work was completed and am very happy how the whole experience turned out. Short and to the point you’ll want to give Ray and his team the biggest hug after they’re done. Who even says that about a roofing company! Everything was explained about what was wrong with the roof, how to get the best shingles for hail, and the ins and outs of what you will need to do to have a good, smooth experience with your insurance company.
