I was misled by a representative of Mid Atlantic company, Neal Patel, regarding the cost of replacing my roof. He specifically told me that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket and that the company would take care of the deductible. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward with the roofing job. After the work was completed, I was told I am now responsible for a $3653 deductible—an amount that was never disclosed to me beforehand.

Mike and everyone at Mid-Atlantic was knowledge and kind. The work crews were timely and efficient and took great care of the house. I can’t recommend Mid-Atlantic enough!
The project was supposed to be finished in three months, but it dragged on for almost six. They kept making excuses and pushing back deadlines without proper explanation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
