All the way through the process from the initial roof evaluation to managing the insurance claim and coordinating the one day installation. It was a professional one-stop-shop with customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of what they do. They even cleaned out our gutters while they were up there!
Wow! I wish I could give this group more than 5 stars! From beginning to end they were incredible for work with. From the sales reps, finance, scheduling and finally the installers. The team of installers was incredible. They were respectful of our property, were mindful when we had to come in and out of the house and they cleaned up everything. Christian and his group were the best! I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic!!!
From the sales pitch to the completion of the work the lines of communication stayed open, information and updates were provided readily. The lead worked with the insurance company and the team worked together very well including the administrative staff in terms of ensuring that scheduling and financial matters stayed on everyone's radar.
