I am giving 2 stars because the end product looks good (except my chimney) and there don't appear to be any leaks. However, I was disappointed with the process. For starters the workers showed up a whole day early at 7:20 in the morning with no real warning. They spray painted the chimney flashing right on the chimney so now the brick has black spray paint on it. Hi Brittany, thank you so much for taking my call on Tuesday. I am glad we were able to address your concerns and we got the opportunity to fix the chimney flashing, again as I stated in our call a few key things....Your fiancé spoke with our Field supervisor Jacob and the crews, and He was the one who requested ridge vent since BOTH attic fans were in bad condition, this decision was made to be the most cost effective as possible. Also, about the miscommunication for cost of plywood, our Field supervisor explained we make sure the homeowner is made aware of more than 4 sheets of bad plywood, he did not offer to give you 4 free sheets and the price listed per sheet of plywood was not the amount you paid for each of the 30 sheets we replaced on your roof. As a courtesy to cut down the cost for you as much as possible we even discounted the plywood. About the boxes in the attic, since so many sheets of plywood were being replaced and ridge vent was being cut into the attic the crew member was asking if the boxes should be moved or cleaned off. Our field supervisor said that he recalled speaking with your fiancé before they left your jobsite. We always try and communicate that the job has been completed. Your house was under construction. Debris, banging and noise is an unavoidable result of removing and replacing a roof. Again, these things are listed in our contract under “Things to Expect during a roof replacement”. Unfortunately, the cracks in the drywall and loose fixtures can also be a result of a new roof. We called to let you know your final invoice was being emailed and you elected not to respond or call us to voice any of your concerns before placing this review. You nor your fiancé gave any indication of displeasure. Which is why I immediately called you upon the discovery of such review. We never want our customers to feel like they can’t come to us with questions or concerns, we are sorry you did not. Thank you for the opportunity to install your new roof, we wish you the best!
Our siding ended up with a hole in the corner piece after our dog pulled my husband and his elbow went through it. We got a quick quote and repair. We will definitely recommend your team to friends and family! Thanks!
