    Excellent details were provided in the estimate, the cost was very reasonable and I knew exactly what I was getting from the shingle brochure provided. Manny is not out to try and get higher money than the estimate, there was no up-selling. He has an eye for detail! His crew is very polite and HARD working.     Manny is wonderful, he sat down with us and explained everything. I can not say the same for the other contractors. His price was good also.
