At M&M Skylights, we specialize exclusively in skylight installation and replacement, offering expert service to both residential and commercial clients across Greater Boston and New England.

Founded by Scott Geddis, a former national home builder project manager, we were born from a desire to raise the bar for professionalism and craftsmanship in the roofing and skylight industry. As a Certified VELUX Signature Skylight Specialist, we are fully licensed, insured, and trained to install the full VELUX product line including solar-powered skylights, roof windows, and sun tunnels.

I hired M&M Skylights to investigate and repair a roof leak above our kitchen. They were on time, professional as always, and spent the day removing old siding/water shield/roofing materials. They were meticulous with placing a new ice and water shield, as well as new cedar siding. We could not be happier with this company. We have hired them twice this year and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

The experience with M&M Skylights was very good from the sales person to the install. Two things that were disappointing were the nails and shingles that were left in my yard but the biggest issue was when paying the invoice there was an option to tip the installers. The minimum was 10% out of an almost 7K bill! I did not elect to "tip" 3 people $700 for 3 1/2 hours of work. They were great guys and I fed them scones and gave them water. We strive for perfection and at times, we do fall short. We apologize for missing the shingle and nail left in the yard. That is decidedly not up to our standards. No, we do not expect any tips. The software we use has this feature built in, and the tip is obviously 100% optional...this screen may be bypassed online. Our employees do not depend on tips at all to receive a fair and livable wage, but roofing and installing skylights is hard, dangerous work, so the recognition of that fact in the form of an extra gratuity is greatly appreciated.
