Of all the estimates, M-N-M was near the top, but that's because an experienced estimator (Joe) came out and measured everything, at least 3 times. Had we went with another company, chances are there would have been many extras added along the way. Our house has a complicated 32sq roof, with many dormers, stand outs, and a fairly large EPDM roof in the back 1/4. There was also a good size chimney they removed. My house has had roof issues for awhile. After pricing around I found them. Best price ever. Roof wood replacement all and full gutters. Took everything away not one nail left no surprise money needed. The workers were so sweet n kind answered all my million questions. Best experience ever and they were done in 2 days n my house nearly 4000 square feet of house. With several stories. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bottom line up front first. Exceptional roofers, siding and gutter professionals with a high sense of integrity and craftsmanship! Big Shout out to the team at M-N-M roofing. The company was a class act to work with and really made customer satisfaction a top priority. The project was a complete new roof and replacing leaking skylights. They replaced the skylights with Velux with solar shades and remote opening! Company communicated every step of the project and when we ran into some obstacles the team of Chris, Vincent and Glenn assessed and fixed the issue.
