I had an outside exhaust fan vent break. It's a very small job. Called other roofers in the Honesdale area to help. No one would give me the time of day. Disappointed. I reached out on Saturday for a roof repair. I was pleasantly surprised that I heard back within 20 minutes and an appointment was made for Monday morning. Come Monday morning, we got a call asking to schedule an appointment this week. We were confused as we had already scheduled an appointment. We even took off work to be here.
