I had a good experience getting my damaged roof repair, repaired. I worked with John developing the quote. He was excellent at understanding what had to be accomplished. The material arrived about two or three hours before the crew. And then I worked with Dave and his crew to make sure we knew what had to be accomplished. Monarch Roofing is a First Class Company from beginning to end. From my initial consultation with John to a perfect clean up, it was nothing but professional and thorough. John walked the whole roof and took pictures then sat with me to explain the process installation of a new roof. He then sent a detailed estimate and personally brought us the sample book of shingle options.
