Owner purchased this beautiful home from a flipper. After living their a while they discovered the flipper took many shortcuts (including with the roof). They were under contract to have solar installed when the roof began to leak...bad! We stripped it, installed Grace Ice and Water shield to the entire roof deck, and re roofed using Certainteed Landmark in Georgetown!

This is an investment property. The roof was really bad on our evaluation. The owner bought it knowing it needed a roof, and time was ticking as their insurance carrier would only give them a temporary policy pending roof replacement. The house had two layers of asphalt shingles on it, and cedar shake still on half. We stripped everything off, installed 48 sheets of plywood, and Tamko Titan XT roof shingles in Rustic Black.
