    Juan needed to address a ridge beam and rafters issue before decking and shingling my roof. Now ridgeline is high on one side of my breezeway. Juan then tried to shake me down for another 3 or 4 thousand to redo.Facia work was shoddy. Gaps.where a bird could get in. I opened my home for Juan to use my bathroom and he stuffed almost a whole roll of toilet paper down my toilet and kept flushing and flushing until my toilet overflowed and water was coming out from under our bathroom door and floode...
