Juan needed to address a ridge beam and rafters issue before decking and shingling my roof. Now ridgeline is high on one side of my breezeway. Juan then tried to shake me down for another 3 or 4 thousand to redo.Facia work was shoddy. Gaps.where a bird could get in.
