His quote was accurate; he was very professional in sending the preparation details ahead of time; he arrived on time despite a long drive; he was able to repair the cracks in the tub so you wouldn't even know they were ever there; the job came out great. He did a phenomenal job and his work exceeded our expectations. If you have a bathtub that is a weird color (ours was green) or dated countertops,I highly recommend using this company to resurface them. It's cheaper and faster than replacing them, and the quality is excelled. I keep getting compliments on how nice our countertops look. No one seems to ask or care whether its real granite or not. It looks updated and that's all that matters to us! We couldn't be more pleased.

Arrived on time, always courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner. I am disappointed that I have been constantly repairing nicks in the finish mostly along the edges where I agreed to a beveled edge instead of the straight one I had. However, Ernest has been very nice about supplying us with plenty of hardener which is needed to make the paint solution to repair the nicks.
