The job went well right from the start being punctual, neat, clean and after the job was finished he left the the room spotless. The time and procedures were exactly as described to me the day I met him at the showroom. The job turned out great and looks even better. He followed up the next day with information that I was looking for and that told me he was going to be around for any future service or warranty work.
Came out well. Looks fantastic. There was some running of the finish where there are some minor drip marks, that's why I gave it a "B". <br /> Very punctual. He actually did the caulking which I thought I would need to do afterwards. Sure beats ripping out the tub and tile. We will get many years out of this before we need to redo the whole bathroom.
