Signed contract for roofing, window, siding, soffit and gutters. The process of the install was not as described to us in any way. Also, when they tell you that Mr Roof will take care of any dam age to your home that their sub contractor do make sure you read the contract cause that mistake cost us $2400 for a new ac line when a roofing nail went thru it and then a additional charge for gutter guards that were not on contract. Roof is great! I feel like clean up could have been better! The granules are everywhere-front porch, back porch, driveway and in the pool. I’ve found a couple nails. I have a scratched window. The roofers also left a trash can in my front yard that’s still there. I called to ask them to come get it only to be placed on hold and then hung up on. Also, I’ve emailed them twice to have a form completed so I can receive a discount on my insurance and haven’t heard back.
