I was very impressed. The crew started early about six 630 kept going until they got it completed and Roof looks great now I can’t wait to get my gutters up.
Signed contract for roofing, window, siding, soffit and gutters. The process of the install was not as described to us in any way. Also, when they tell you that Mr Roof will take care of any dam age to your home that their sub contractor do make sure you read the contract cause that mistake cost us $2400 for a new ac line when a roofing nail went thru it and then a additional charge for gutter guards that were not on contract. Regarding the A/C line, our review found that it had been installed directly against the roof deck prior to our work, which unfortunately made it vulnerable during a standard roof installation. While we always stand behind damage caused by our workmanship, this was determined to be the result of the pre-existing installation. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the customer experience from start to finish.

After reviewing the cost, material, design, and work quality of 5 different roofing companies, I selected Mr. Roof for having the best design and cost while still ranking highly with other top competitors in material and work quality.
